Entertainment: Grunge, anyone?


Seattle’s Pearl Jam may head this way next month.

MULTI award-winning American rock band, Pearl Jam, is said to be headed this way for a concert here next month.

Sources told the New Straits Times that a local promoter will be bringing in the legendary Seattle grunge band for its maiden concert in the country.

Pearl Jam is currently busy promoting its ninth studio album, Backspacer, and is touring North America.

The idea of stopping over in Malaysia sounds plausible as the band is scheduled to play in the region soon.

The band has already been booked for performances in Australia and New Zealand next month.

Pearl Jam, formed in 1990, consists of Eddie Vedder who is well-known for his deep and prominent vocals, Jeff Ament (bass), Stone Gossard (guitars), Mike Mc Cready (guitars) and former Soundgarden drummer, Matt Cameron.

One of the most notable grunge bands in the 1990s, Pearl Jam broke into the American grunge scene with its debut album Ten which spawned various hits including one of the band’s most poignant songs to date, Jeremy.

Written by Vedder and Ament, the song was inspired by a true story of a boy of the same name who took his life in front of his school friends.

The band is highly regarded as one of the most influential bands of the ‘90s. The members are known for their dedication to environmental causes and health issues.

whats up ppls?..its been quite few months im leaving my blog silent..intentionally actually ..ahaks..

ok la..today im not working..my mood hilang suddenly when ondway to my parking lot i saw my housemate car 'kena pecah'..dah la lewat gi kerja..at first sight i thought maybe dia accident malam tadi..but when get closer i found out radio, meter n others accessories pun ilang..dah sah kena rembat..feel so unsecure plak even we park our car kat basement padahal ada pak guard jaga..isk rsa marah pun ada ni..dapat tangkap sapa yg buat mmg jadi OKU aku buat..

Apa2 pun biar police wat keja dulu walaupun aku tgok pegawai penyiasat tadi mcm malas je nak proceed ngan kes ni..aku pulak jadi stress tgk mcm tu..saba2..

masa tgh kusut hal mcm ni..tiba2 aku rsa gian lak nak pekena 3 layer tea ni..bole katakan sekarang tiap2 ari aku pekena ayaq ni..dah la kat mamak area aku price dia murah je rm2..compare to others rm2.50 cekik darah wo..

balik wat rawatan gigi ptg tdi..cargas gi mamak pekena 3 layer tea ni..release tension..ngan angin sepoi2 bahasa ptg ni..rsa heaven ja..nak balik ni..tapau laie satu bungkus..tamak btul..haha

sports -i played sepak takraw and volleyball during my secondary school. uni time i played rugby until now..

salam all..

aku ketandusan idea utk update blog aku hari2..aku lebih tertarik utk baca blog kawan2 n org lain dari menaip kt blog aku sdiri..dengan kata lain mmg aku MALAS giler ah..so entry kali ni pun aku wat alar kadar je..apa yg aku mkn utk dinner tdi..so tgok n faham2 sdiri la..la..la

main hujan ke main ragbi nih..

so pagi ni..aku kembali ke opis semula sambung wat keja yg menimbun2 nih..sunday morning when some of us still tido lagi..yang rajin plak bring family kat tasik wat aktiviti jog ke tai chi ke..aku dengan santainye..swipe id card..masuk opis menunggu bila la nak petang nih..rupanya aku concentrate wat keja sampai lunch pun bole miss..sib baik kul 3.30 pm ada match rugby..so aku tak perlu nak makan..nnti on the field aku takut terasa berat sekali langkah aku nak berlari nanti..

suddenly pukul 1400..hujan lebat da turun kat shah alam nih..wat aku terpk2..jadi ke game ptg nih..owh..almost 1500 hrs..hujan stop..so ada harapan aku turun padang..bole beraksi ptg nih..

game supposed to start pkul 1530..tpi by that time ada inter-uni baseball tournament plak kat padang perindu tuh..so masa aku smpi tu..tiba2 ada ambulan datang..mcm ada emergency ja..rupanya one of the baseball player..tak sure dari 'u' mana patah kaki beb..isk ingtkan main ragbi ja bole dpt injured camtu..main baseball pun ganazz gk..isk..isk..so our match start after asar..during first half..hujan lebat turun sekali lagi..tpi kitaorang still main..but on 2nd half referee mr. daun stop the game..take short break actually..bcos da ada bunyik guruh..kang ada plak yang kena petir nnti..after around 10 minutes..game sambung balik..so biasala when padang becak n waktu hujan movement pun agak slow..so susah nk dpt try..however we won the match by 12-7..hopefully we can proceed for semi final next 2 weeks la..

12.++- lunch break - biasa aku amik masa utk tido.huhu

catatan kali ni aku tidak mahu rojak2..maksud aku kejap bahasa melayu lepas tu english..lepas tu melayu balik..oleh itu aku pilih guna bahasa melayu. ..agak skema kan..hehehe.

mula2 semenjak aku masuk blog (english ke melayu ni)..aku agak kurang jelas dengan apa yang aku perlu tulis dekat sini..sudah agak banyak blog orang lain yang aku baca..macam2 intipati ada..hal kehidupan harian,politik,perniagaan,sukan dsb.

aku dapat lihat sesetengah blog tu ada identiti tersendiri..mudah utk aku dapatkan maklumat..dengan layari blog itu..aku dah tahu apa isi dan pandangan 'tuan rumah' tersebut.

aku agak tertarik kepada blog yang berunsur ilmiah dan fikiran2 baru..walaupun sebenarnya aku dah lama tak belek buku2 dan majalah2..aku rasa masa yang sedikit ni aku bole luangkan untuk baca artikel2 ilmu ni..mana tahu satu masa nanti aku boleh ulas balik catatan ilmuwan ni kat blog aku sendiri..

buat masa ini aku lebihkan catatan kepada kehidupan harian aku yang agak membosankan..kepada kerja aku hari2..aktiviti hari minggu..sampaikan aku tak tahu nak tulis apa kat sini..kalau kepada perkara kerja pun semata2 atas emosi aku yang agak tertekan dan malas..utk tulis tentang kerja aku, rasa tidak perlu..rahsia syarikat yang mesti aku jaga..

supposed aku nk update semalam..tpi sampai kt rumah pun da kul 12 lebih..so mmg tired pun..

smlm (rabu) aku amik cuti..nk spend masa wit gf aku..sehari suntuk kitaorg kuar sma..n seawal pagi aku da ke bbst..ngan ujan lebatnya..plus traffic jam kat fed. hiway lagi..

lepak kat 2 area ja..da dekat 10 jam..1st kat area jln TAR n masjid india..2nd plak kat midvalley..mula2 ingat nak gi OU..memikirkn masa yg tak cukup..kitaorang cancel ja..mcm2 benda nak cari n wat..tu la kn utk wat persiapan tunang n nikah ni..mmg tak cukup masa kalau sehari ja..semua wat ngan rush..smpi aku terwat silap tinggalkan brg yg dibeli kat GJ (sorry awak..saya silap n saya mmg tk perasan masa tu...) nasib baik ptg tadi aku gi balik kat GJ n cashier dia ada simpan brg tu..dah la smlm amik masa ber jam nak cari n beli brg tu..huhu

apa2 pun aku happy dapat jumpa balik..hari ni life aku cam biasa kerja malas2 gitu..so aku concentrate on programming je..mls nak involved kat management..yg penting this week aku mmg balik kul 5..no stayback..nx week aku akan rajin balik..apa2 pun aku harap company aku maintain strong walaupun ekonomi global ni tk menentu...n aku dpt wat saving lgi b4 aku jadi suami org bulan 11 nnti..amin.

ptg plak aku ada annual dinner kt KGSAAS..so tema mlm tu 'muhibbah traditional nite' so dress code supposed to be baju traditional..tpi aku belasah je pkai kemeja..hehe..alasan baju melayu tertinggal kt melaka..ramai gk yg tk follow rule..food plak bagi aku biasa2 ja..makanan melayu..tpi dah lapar kn..so kitaorang belasah je..sambil dinner tu sempat gak arr aku lepak kat luar tgok EPL man u vs Liverpool..by 9.45 aku calo awal walaupun no. lucky draw aku tak naik lagi..

lepas tu aku cargas ke bbst..ada agenda penting..dah 2 minggu aku n k. ct plan nak wat benda ni..hehe..surprise birthday party utk seseorang yg akan pulang dari jauh..nmpknya aku berjaya convince beliau yg aku amat bz mlm tu..finally she arrived and we jerit 'surprise'..she seems a lil bit shock..berjaya gak akhirnya plan kitaorang malam tu..and terubat rindu aku dapat jumpa dia walaupun sekejap ja malam tu..

around 1 a.m aku gerak balik melaka plak..penat gak rasa..tapi aku mmg nak jumpa family aku weekend ni..so aku wat surprise lagi..aku tak tido kat rumah baru mlm tu..so aku tido kat rumah laie satu..awal pagi tu aku gi jumpa parent aku kat rumah baru..derang pun tak sangka aku balik melaka..

so tghari tu lpas lunch aku bawak mak n adik2 aku gi shoppin kat mahkota parade n astana moda..ptg tu gak aku balik klang..ngan jammed kat hiway seremban..ujan plak tu..aku pasrah je hrp takde apa2..alhamdulillah aku selamat smpi kat rumah..

semalam aku dapat satu email dari 'k. ct' mmg khas sent utk aku je kot..hehe..mcm tau2 ja..bila tgok kandungan email tu..rsa bersalah gak jika perkara camtu btul2 berlaku kat sini ..mntg2 la aku ni penguna yg 'tegar'..bole kurang tpi tak bole berhenti..ada gak niat nk berhenti..tpi blum sampai lagi hajat tu..mmg susah kot kalau da lama pakai..aku tau bahaya isap benda tu..dah byk iklan kat tv aku tgok..skg ni kat newspaper..gamba2 'sadis' n agak ngeri utk menyedarkan org mcm aku nih..

hari ni aku rsa sakit dada..aku bangun tido je da trasa..so aku gi gak kerja..lama2 makin sakit plak..dah la air cond sjuk..mcm menikam2 kat ulu hati ni...jgn la disebabkan benda alah ni..ptg tadi aku gi jog..ngan harapan bole kurang skit..tpi condition mcm tu gk..esok ada harapan memohon mc nih..huhu

apa2 pun insyaallah aku akan berenti gak..ngan azam yg kuat plus sokongan insan tersayang..

hoho..i forgot rupanya to update status rugby match semalam..for 2nd times in the row..we lost la..isk tensi btui..this time lagi plak we nyaris kalah walkover bcos tak cukup player..according to regulation..if x cukup 12 player..so x layak utk teruskan permainan..so game supposed to start at 3.30 pm ..but until almost 4 pm..baru ada 11 player..so 'bard' yg sepatutnya dtg tgok terpaksa masuk gak utk cukupkn korum..dah la attire tk mcm rugby player..pkai track bottom ja..sian..nampaknya 12 against 15 la..so for the 20 minutes on 1st half we kena 2 try dri opponent..mmg patut la..derang ada xtra 3 org..n then sorang2 datang..'chip', 'demah' n 'meor' baru sampai..so baru la cukup korum..we play hard (actually smart) n finally dapat 1 try..and one penalty.

on 2nd half plak..kitaorang mmg konfiden bole menang walaupun takde reserve..bru 10 minutes..3 org player kena send out..isk..ganas btul kitaorang..sin bin and red card psal hard tackle and pijak org masa rucking..hehe..bcos of that..we lack of defences..so the opponent managed to get laie 2 try..so final score is 10-28..takpela..at least kitaorang tak surrender mcm tu ja..we play until final whistle walaupun penat giler arr..

masa rehat b4 2nd half..tgh rancang strategi

happy sunday

this morning i wake up early as usual..after solat subuh..then tiba2 got mood utk gi joging..so aku pun cargas ke tasik seksyen 7 shah alam..so kalau korang tak tau..senang ja..kalau gi shah alam..cari unisel..kat depan tu aja..sampai ja matahari da start pacak..tpi suhu tk bahang lagi..so pagi ni aku managed lari 4 round ja..psl da makin terik..takut sunburn plak..

supposed pagi ni aku ada AGM persona club..but last nite ada la 'mamat' tu call aku suh kontek member2 TPC melaka utk join AGM..memandangkan aku pun tak daya nk pujuk member2 melaka tu plus HOR dia @ mr. pio kemalangan pagi semalam..takziah bro..derang tak dapat turun.yg si 'mamat' ni plak cakap kat telepon mcm paksa2 plak.aku naik angin la..sedangkan kat ofis pun boss aku bole betah..ni kan dia budak pangkat adik2 ja ngan aku..takde respect kena maki la jawabnya..kna belaja respect org skit.psl aku ni jenis aku bercakap ngn member2 elok2 ja..so aku malas nk gi AGM tu..takde hal la.

ptg ni plak aku ada match rugby kat tudm airbase subang..x-lions vs hskoba.pukul 3.30pm..kalau korang minat tgok datang la..tk tau kat ne..bukak goggle maps..search n get direction..mudah kan.huhu

okla..nk gi mandi n rest kjap..klau rajuin nnti gi jj bukit raja lagi..ada sales..plus aku nk cari baju n kasut utk annual dinner company aku next weekend..adios

mc sudey

hari ni kenapa la ramai yg cuti dan mc..hai..lengang kilang ngan budak2 incharge..smpi aku pun takde member nk ajak gi minum..bosannyer...kalau cuti saja takpela..ini diaorang takde..muka ni la gak boss carik..nak itu la..ini la..arggh...bosannya..bila la aku nak amik mc nih..kena manfaatkan mc 18 hari yg company bagi...rugi ..last yr aku cuma mc dalam 8 hari je..skg da bulan 3..aku tk amik mc lagi..rugi woo..

p/s apa aku nak wat kalau ada mc pun..hahaha

we lost 3 points

4.00 pm we had rugby match for selangor league against kliuc-tractors..xlions didnt managed to gather all the key player this time..from kick off until first half we played with 14 against 15 from opponent side..first 5 minute front row player..we called him 'Demah' already injured and i got to substitute him..but a few minutes later..'toge' also need to set aside due to ankle injury..so tractors managed to get 2 try..most of the available player playing for the forward..we knew that we lack of backline..so this would be tough game for us..however our forward play very well..few attempt almost made a try..

on 2nd half..we managed to try..and 'kapla' went inside to replace me..only Allah know how tired i was..however i got to play again when 'ajid' cannot play anymore..i know i got stamina but i need to play safe..this time around the tractors break at our backline n tried for the 3 rd time..the final score was 3-1..

however i'm not upset to our losses..bcos we know that there will be 2nd round against this team..so they better watch out when lions make come back after this..last seasons they also beat us in 1st round but on 2nd round we beat them back..n x-lions won the tournament..hope next week..we have good participation from all the player...remember our motto 'when the lions roar'...

my wishlist for 2009

here i listed down my wishlist for 2009..hope i can buy all this stuff before end of this year...(only hope)...huhu

first of all i never had any watches @ my wrist..n therefore i intended to have one ...look nice eh..


2ndly, i'm a rugby player.. so i need new gear from super 14 collection..(i like maroon)..in 2001 during penang international rugby 10's i've been chased by group of aussies bcos wearing 'reds' jersey..






3rd, currently i'm using polo explorer..the only perfume i owned rite now..need to buy a new one..i like a smell of aqua and refreshing..think this one could be my nx choice..hehehe..





4th..i never had any white shoes after my high school..after few hours browse thru the net..i found this shoes..very simple and attractive..by gucci




last but not least...i wish i could wear any pair of jeans (branded and affordable) in a few month after i manage to reduce my size to l..or m..in other word my waist should be 32 or less..either levis 501 or this one by guess..

i hate monday

awal2 pagi b4 masuk ofis..aku ke klinik ngan harapan dapat ubat utk legakan sakit kat lutut n bahu aku ni..n ngan harapan gak dapat mc..hehe..ttpi dalam pukul 8 boss aku da call britau yg dia mc n mintak tolong aku setelkan report utk customer complaint..ai..rsa serba salah plak..org mintak tolong kena la tolong kan..so aku gi amik ubat je..

kerja kat ofis ni byk sgt..dah la manpower kurang..sedang aku nak verify satu part..accidentally aku terpatahkan styli probe yg berharga rm250..isk..mahal utk satu equipment sekecil jarum..so aku da prepare report utk accident tu..n aku tak kisah kalau derang nak tgok cctv balik..da mmg aku tak bole concentrate kalau da ramai sgt org ganggu aku masa wat kerja..nih la padahnyer..tapi takper kn..bukannnya selalu..setahun sekali pun payah nak jadi..

byk plak 'test run' yg aku nak kena verify hari ni..semasa aku sedang taip blog nipun masih ada produk atas meja aku ni utk verification..rilek dulu amik masa skit ...ngular2..laiepun waktu rehat..

ptg ni aku nak balik awal rasanya..mata da ngantuk lpas makan ubat tadi..harap takde la test run ptg ni..so aku nak cargas skg setelkan apa yg patut..till next time ..sambung lagi..

ni aku update lagi..skg da pukul 5.30pm waktu shah alam..nmpknya aku balik lewat ari ni..engineering team tgh study one problem kat machining jig..so for sure aku terlibat sama..n bertambah lagi kerja aku ptg ni..perut pun da berkeroncong ni..apa agaknya menu kat kantin ek..ptg ni plak ada pasar malam kat seksyen 18..kalau teringat menu2 n kuih muih yg sedap mau aja aku cargas ke sana..tapi memandangkan aku kena balik lewat tinggal apa je nanti..minggu depan blum tentu aku ada selera mcm ari ni..

sick & tired

satu hari yg memenatkn n memeningkan kepala..since aku jejakkan kaki kat ofis ari ni..aku takde mood..maybe psl last nite aku terlalu bz semalamannya setelkan inspection data utk customer complaint..ari ni plak byk plak part masuk utk inspection..letih nak melayan plus ngan mood aku yg malas2 ni..n tghari tadi aku da sakit kepala..ntahla apasal ek..aku tido lewat sgt ke..baru pukul 2 lebih ja..aku tekad apa2 pun aku balik on time gak..pukul 3 kena cargas..

ermm..pukul 5 aku ada rugby game..selangor league..this time against de'montel rugby club..actually club tu is first club yg aku join masa muda2 dulu..kira pioneer gak arr utk budak2 muda masa tu..tpi aku da tak join bila aku aktif utk premier league..tapi mostly yg ada kat club tu member2 aku ...so takleh la nak main kasar..kawan2 ma..aku main utk forward..takde reserve pun..layan jer la..so team kitaorang menang gak ..result 39-10...

next week ada game gak..kat padang utara..huhu..ari ni ja..aku da kelenguhan kaki n bahu..tau2 jer la..da lama tak main..nyaris aku injured kat lutut..salah jatuh masa tekel..sib baik takde apa2..aku harap lepas ni pun takde apa2 lagi..bersukan utk kesihatan kan..huhu

okla itu jer coretan aku..esok hari ahad kelija lagi ma..takper lyan jer..yg penting satu hari dalam bulan mac aku nak cuti..penting!!

.::few hours ka muar bring a lot of memories..i was born there..i stayed with arwah atuk abah & atuk mak..been school at sk ismail 1..beli air kat kedai kopi gemuk ( the real kopitiam..)selalu jalan kaki dari parit kadhi to bandar maharani..lepak kat tanjung emas..masa muda layan ais krim kimleng..gi lepak kat astaka..isk..byk nyer kenangan..proud to be muarian n i love all my sedara mara..huhu::.

back to my ofis on tuesday..kembali melayan kerenah boss n seteru aku kat kilang ni..until friday pun ada byk gi kerja ..n tomorrow pun on sunday aku kena kerja gi(x pe dpt double tu)..huhu..bosan kn life camni..sib baik aku sempat amik masa mlm tadi hangout ngan member2 persona club kt kj..dpt shift sdikit kebosanan idup aku ni..trasa nk main paintball la..sapa2 yg nk organize main paintball n tak cukup korum bole ajak aku arr..eventhou forecast schedule production utk 3 months ni weekend pun kena working..aku ttp nak enjoy on weekend kalau bole..isk bagi la rehat skit kn..aku bukan robot pun..insan biasa ja..kesian kt budak2 operator kt tmpt kerja aku tu..da mcm lembu la kena kerah..

tonite aku tiba2 terasa nak taip skit la..even in few days ni nothing yg interesting utk aku cerita kat korang..few years back aku rajin gak menulis coretan..atau luahan ati aku kat dalam blog ni..yeahs..masa tu quite active gak aku kat 'myspace'..benda baru masa tu..aku seronok tgok org lain bercerita dalam blog..so aku pun cuba2 gak..n byk gak entry yg aku post that time..but now..tinggal 6 ja..byk yg aku delete..biasa la ada berkaitan ngan someone yg aku labelkan sbg 'j' aje...

mcm hari ni..aku still workin mcm biasa..n kat kilang tadi ada wat tarian singa n majlis beri ang pow kt semua pekerja..n dapat limau lokam gak..cita2 nak balik awal..suddenly boss aku panggil n mintak tolong aku utk measure satu part yg agak complicated gak..so aku ada less than 1 hour utk setelkn..trpksa perah gak akal aku dlm masa2 yg kritikal ni..alhamdulillah dapat gak setelkn..hajat mula2 nak mintak tolong junior..tapi malu weh..aku yg jadi 'sifu' dia..nak mintak tolong dia plak..ego nih..huhu..n then rush aku gi tasik..malangnya..ujan la plak..frust gilos aku..n suddenly mind aku jadi btul2 letih..n aku terpaksa balik n rest..nasib baik tak terlajak waktu maghrib..so malam tdi aku masih letih n sakit kepala..after lyn ubat aku da ok skit..n aku taipla blog ni..so ada gk cerita yg bole taip kn ..huhu

kosmo!
31st august- sekali lagi rakyat malaysia berhimpun melayan konsert n bunga api sambil menyambut hari kemerdekaan...yeah..kita da merdeka...sekali lagi dunia media dimeriahkan ngan kehadiran suratkhabar generasi baru ..kosmo!..aku terjumpa naskhah tu malam tadi..so b4 tido sempat gak aku belek2..ermm..bagi aku kosmo! ni bole tahan gak..isi padat..issue2 yg diketengahkan pun menarik..ada satu issue pasal nasi lemak n teh tarik bole dijadikan makanan kebangsaan...layan gak la aku membaca pasal tu...sambil aku menatap gambar nasi lemak ...teruja sioot...terbayang aku kesedapan nasi lemak kat area lrt masjid jamek..tringat aku masa kerja kat law firm dulu..b4 masuk ofis tapau nasi lemak makcik tu..berbalik kepada kosmo! tadi, ruangan sukan pun menarik gak..ada satu tu pasal sukan kegemaran aku..rugby la for sure...one whole page cerita pasal sukan rugby..gentleman's game..berita ekonomi pun bagus..terang ja mata aku membaca...mmg puas hati la baca paper kosmo! ni..n mmg worth it kalau harga dia rm 1...syabas to utusan malaysia n editor kosmo! n keep up good work..

wut i'm doin..

This saturday mornin..i got to work for an overtime..so miracle that some company need to shut down their operation but mine still workin as there is nothing happened..syukur that i'm still in this company eventhou gaji ciput je..so by 3 o'clock..me already penin2 lalat..need to go back..get some rest..n unfortunately terlajak sleepin..so cancelled my plan go for jogging this evening..

however, my friend already booked the movie ticket at TGV sunway pyramid..so tonite i got chances to watch movie(quite few month since i watch the movie..if im not mistaken at bukit tinggi..cicak man the movie) underworld 3-rise of the lycans...the flashback from the previous sequel of underworld 1 and 2..huhu..i like the lycans..very cool man to be a werewolf..

b4 the show, we 3 of us tried our hand on archery..since we only have 30 minutes..we decided to take a package of 50 arrows..just rm 36 only..so quite reasonable i think..if i got much time..like to stay much longer but last minute plan mmg x sempat nye..maybe if 'she' come back here on march..i'll bring her n try this xtvts...
